Specialists are obviously more experienced than the ER Vets. The facility is equipped with most equipment that would be needed in any situation. Some vets are better than others at human interaction, price gouging, punctuality, diagnosis and at returning calls and definitely better than that of the office staff. Vets rarely answer their emails. Holistic support should be offered in alignment with medicine, the vet that wanted to do $6000 Herniated Disc surgery that was unnecessary is my primary concern. The dog is healthy now, surgery was avoided with Medicam, K9 Level 5000 and restricted area, so must not have been a disc.

We have had trouble contacting the doctor who performed surgery on our dog. We were never able to talk to the actual Doctor afterwards so we gave up. We asked several times for the doctor to call us back, but either got a call from her assistant or none at all. It was always, "I'll take a message." Everything else went great, but the follow up was poor.

The vets here are actually nice and caring, but the techs and front desk staff are rude and uncaring. A tech here killed my cat when he insisted I take it home even though it was having seizures.

I took my pet in for an examination-he was not handled gently during and after x-rays and examinations ( as I specifically instructed the doctor to do so )- I took my pet home after the exams and later that evening he developed bloat. No-one said this was a possibility. I rushed him back to the hospital where they "de-bloated" him (another traumatic procedure). The doctor released him to me and even still I was not told about the seriousness of this condition or that he could die if he was to re-bloat again and not be close to the facility for treatment. Well, he re-bloated the next morning and taken to the hospital where hours later my pet suffered several heart attacks and died a very traumatic death.
