Always a caring and loving staff. The vets know what they are doing and really listen. Excellent. It is worth the one hour drive to them. Will not use the Morrisburg or Cornwall clinics - just a money grab. They don't care.

Very good - ability of staff is exceptional - 5 out of 5 for every category except monetary value - I put in a 4 for this mostly because I don't really know. How do you put a value on vet services? The facilities are well maintained and at a high standard which gives me confidence. This animal hospital and vet clinic has a large staff with lots of expertise. These people are really well-trained.

The Prescott Animal Hospital is an amazing practice with very caring staff and a wonderful atmosphere. We have been taking our dog, Chance to this clinic for the last 8 years and have nothing but tremendous respect for the attention and care they provide our family. When he was sick last month (vomiting, diarrhea and not eating) we were seen by the doctor the same day we called. They were very thorough and we felt instant relief knowing he was in the best hands. They have cared for Chance since he was a pup and we know the care he receives at the Prescott Animal Hospital will ensure he lives a happy, long and healthy life.
