Be very wary of Dr. Scot Trefz, the primary veterinarian there. His general care of animals is good. However, for very complex cases, he is extremely reluctant to refer to a specialist. He prefers to repeatedly treat symptoms, even when the health issue is outside of his medical expertise. He can become quite belligerent and patronizing when asking questions relating to underlying causes and requesting referral to specialists. Conversely, the vet techs and office staff are very friendly and helpful.
