Dr. Eastin botched a simple spay procedure when he negligently inserted a tube into my kitten's throat, tearing her trachea in the process. Worse still, he refused to take any responsibility for her condition. He had the nerve to try to charge me extra to correct his mistakes. He was totally unconcerned with the kitten's condition. He clearly saw it as an opportunity to make more money. What a sad excuse for a medical "professional."

They take wonderful care of my babies and I definately would recommend that you go there the staff is amazing :)

Total rip off artists. Took my cat in, who was feeling sick and not eating. Before I knew what hit me the doctor's handing me a $500 bill with all kinds of unnecessary crap.

After the practice was sold, we noticed a steady decline in service. We also felt as though they were trying to "sell us something" at each visit to rack up additional charges. We no longer felt comfortable having them treat our pets.

DO NOT bring your animal here. Practice recently bought by Dr. Charles Eastin. Dr Eastin is uncaring and rude. Office staff is rude as well. AWFUL experience at his office.
