I took my male feral cat to be neutered a few years ago. They called an hour later to say that they had to put him down because he tested positive for feline leukemia. He was happy and in good health when I took him in. He had a 4 new kittens. They never called to ask me. . They said they were doing him and us a favour. No empathy or concern

I have had several experiences with this vet. All of which have been terrible. The staff here is rude and abrasive and they are not compassionate what-so-ever. With the prices so high compared to other vets you can see they are only in it for the money. My precious dog passed away and when they gave me the ashes...zero kind words or compassion. Just in a gift bag!!

We went to this vet four times and had decent service. We had a two different vets, both were very kind though one seemed unsure of herself. Where I am unhappy with this vet is that we recently moved and when I asked to have our records faxed to our new vet they said it would $20, I offered to have someone come pick up copies and they told me it would still be $20 for "transferring" a pet. Have only been to this vet four times, I am shocked that they charged me for my dogs records, 7 pages of photocopies is not worth $20. I had already paid for the appointment and don't feel I should have had to pay again!

I have been using this animal hospital for years. I have had several pets over the years and the doctors here have saved our pets lives more than once when things looked hopeless. Everyone is friendly and caring and supportive. Love them!

Very disappointed in this Vet ... our Dog dies days after surgery recommend by staff ... surgery done two days before Christmas .. no follow up done ... no compassion at all

They are extremely kind and compassionate and have your pet's interest at heart - they also are very understanding if something is too expensive for you they are ready to give options and a helping hand. When my pet had to be put to sleep, they were there for me and when I get another pet, this is the clinic I will be returning to.
