I took 2 week old puppy to this vet because she had swelling of the neck and left leg. The "dr" met me in the lobby, uncovered the pup, poked its sore leg and diagnosed it with a broken leg and told me to have it euthanized right away. The pup was not picked up or even 'examined' therefore the swelling of the neck was completely ignored. Extremely upset and disappointed with the visit and "dr" I chose to get a second opinion and left with pup in hand. Later at another local vet the pup was properly examined and was diagnosed with an abscess and was treated. I will never go or recommend this vet to anyone.

This is the worst vet EVER. They don't care about their patients at all. And will keep the pet longer than needed for extra money. The staff is beyond rude. My cat came back with scars on her face from rubbing her face against the kennel. Because they neglected her. They NEVER called us. And whenever we called them, they never told us about her being stressed out. AND they charged us for the cream to put on her face. It took 20 minutes for the person at the desk to even acknowledge that we had a very sick cat. This is a horrible place, period. If you have a sick pet, do not bring them there. Because they will be neglected, misdiagnosed, and mistreated.
