Drove up from victoria as this clinic offered appointments without ridiculous wait times. Offered additional procedures without being pushy. Wonderful caring staff. I will go back.

My family and I have been customers of this office for years. Staff turn over has caused this place to be horribly run and the vets OVER PRESCRIBE and run whatever test they feel like and just say "I'm going to take your cat into the back for a better look" and run up your bill to INSANE amounts. My cat was prescribed 4 different medications for an eye scratch that made her incredibly sick from them all. I do not trust this clinic anymore. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Amazing clinic and staff. I have taken all my cats to them, lost a couple of them due to illnesss, and our vet always went above and beyond for our cats. The staff are incredibly kind and caring. I would never trust any of my cats to another clinic. Never. Dr. Stancill is our favorite. She's a wonderful vet who isn't afraid to do research when faced with a tough illness. She loves looking for more ways to treat an animal and will stop at nothing to help them. She's incredibly sweet and caring and loves our cats just as much as we do. We just love her. I cannot say a single mean thing about the clinic. It's just amazing.

I have been going to the Sidney Animal Hospital for the past 8 years. I trust all the doctors completely, they do not over sell or do any treatments that are not necessary.I always feel like everything is explained in a way that I can understand what is going on and I am informed enough to make the decisions necessary. The staff is always friendly and will go above and beyond to help! Very reasonably priced. Great hospital all around.

I have yet to see Dr Bass, although I request to see him. They have a revolving door when it comes to Vets that are working there. Dr. Bass doesn't seem to be able to keep good Vets working for him. The staff all seem to think they know more than they actually do, which doesn't give me much confidence in what I am hearing from anyone in the clinic. Dr. Bass is very knowledgeable and a very good surgeon, when you can get in to see him. The customer service has declined over the years to the point, that I don't bother going back. It's too bad, Dr Bass what the best in town but now I don't think he comes close to what he used to be.

Staff were friendly. Dr. Bass was informative and good with our dog, good value for what we had done. Wonderful Vet- we will be back. :)
