I had nothing but excellent care.For both dog and cat. Punctual, also came in after hours to see ill dog. Was understanding when I had dog put down. And find pricing very reasonable. Keep up the good work. We need more clinics like them In the province

We took our older kitten to be neutered. They do not have recovery room, instead they put him in a kennel and as he woke up and freaked out he pressed his head to the cage. They let him do this SO bad that his nose is torn up and his cheeks had large cuts, and his whole face is swollen. They also cut his claws to the quick. He now has two infected eyes. The assistant took him into the vet as she "discovered" his face, the vet didn't even look at him and just said "he's fine". Absolutely atrocious.

This clinic has come along way from the previous owner in the fact that there was no eduction in the field of his clients and for it being one owner and one Dr. It has been the biggest challenge for this person as a female the fit in as an equal!! And for being an outdated community!!

I had a dog who badly was hurt and because it took up the vets lunch she made me wait and my dog was put down also a dog had hit its head on the table so called the emergency and as ususal no answer not taking call evey time they are on call. and are NOT KIND to SMALL ANIMALS!!
