Our experience was an absolute nightmare! The staff are rude, our pet was released by a receptionist after surgery with no vet in sight anywhere, expenses not on the original quote were added and when questioned the administrator was belligerent, there was a change the vet doing surgery without letting us know, our pet died shortly after the surgery due to complications that were not outlined in the preliminary meeting. I will never bring another pet to this clinic and I will be forever wary of vets after this horrible experience.

We asked a favour to fax the record of our puppy the one answered us keep saying yes she will fax she said the no we have busy then we call back again to follow give email add then we keep waiting and call back her again she said that she was busy and hang up the phone..there good if your still there client but if not..they will not treat you good.. we wasted our money that day and schedule drove from Novar to north bay then asked a favour and help from them but she hang up us..bad customer service..

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. They were very rough and heartless with my dear cat, asked me if I wanted a box for her , it was horrible. Over 1000 dollars and they couldn't tell me a thing. They were heartless, I had an appointment because they said they had to kill her, was early and had to wait over an hour on the floor with her with other animals jumping all over me. It was so terrible the place should be burned to the ground. My poor girl what a horrible way to end the life of a best friend. I am disgusted with this place it makes me sick just to drive by it. Do NOT take your pets here!
