Dr. Neal Heilman is, as far as I am concerned, the WORST vet one could ever deal with! He is a liar and a scumbag. As far as I am concerned, he should absolutely have his license revoked! Because of him, my animal had to suffer longer than she should've and he was horrible at putting the needle in! We finally called a second vet in and he confirmed our worst fears: Dr. Heilman lied to us by telling us she would be fine, she would get up! In reality, she was paralyzed by a lightning strike and it took the other vet five minutes to figure this out! We had to put her to sleep and Dr. Heilman should've known this! And the other vet plainly said that he did the needle wrong! He put it in the SKIN and NOT the vein, which caused it to get infected and swell up because he had also ripped her vein! Dr. Heilman should be fired!

This facility has 5 wonderful veterinarians and 6 registered vet techs on staff. There is always someone there to help you day and night. We have always been treated with the utmost respect and with our pets wellbeing in mind. They have state of the art xray and laser equipment. I wouldn't take my pet anywhere else!
