This clinic takes no accountability. they are heartless. they lack empathy. They hung up on me because I called for mine and my bf's cat's paw print that was missing. He was euthanized Oct 29th. they lied and said there was no manager. they hung up on me because I was upset they wouldn't speak to me cause my name was not on a file. My bf had his name because he filled the paper work first i was parking the car. I tried to explained he was too emotional to speak but they said he should call back when he feels better... We just lot a pet& a paw print is missing, and we cannot get it now that he is cremated. Can you imagine? My mom called back for me and my bf 5 min after they hung up on me. she spoke with a MANAGER (who wasn't there apparently). The manager reimbursed my bf's card- even though my mom's name is not on the file... My mom explained they should not hang up on emotional customers. The manager's reply was "there are two sides to every story."

The staff at this clinic helped us through a very difficult time when we had to make the tough decision to euthanize. They were so very sympathetic to our needs & we think the world of them. They took such good care & gave comfort during the last few moments of our pet's life. We will never forget their kindness.
