Reception staff seem to think that the customers that pay their wages don’t deserve any respect. My spouse was early for a scheduled appointment and was made to wait outside for 15 minutes, when we brought it to their attention that we were waiting, they came to the door and told us to wait outside on a cold and snowy day. My husband had hip problems and was in pain. Very arrogant. If they treat the pet owners like this, I would not want my dog left alone with them.

I've gone here for 30 years and the new staff is HORRIBLE!!! Receptionist is awful. Go somewhere else if you love your pet. Dr. Renata is the only good thing about this place.

In may of this year our golden was diagnosed with cancer. we had a tumor removed and was told the rest was hit and miss. it wasn't long before another one was found and at that time it was just a matter of providing a quality of life. from the time the tumor was removed till the time she was gone Dr.Francis was there for the complete duration. He was there when we had to return every second day to have bandages changed and condition evaluated. there was never a charge for any of this. thankyou to his staff who made us feel more than comfortable and eased the letting go. Thank you once again to everyone

This clinic is amazing.my dog was really sick poisioned,we were not sure if he was going to make it.The clinic went above and beyond. Keeping us updated, the vet ended up taking him home to keep an eye on him through the night.The prices are resonBle and the staff is always friendly.

I have been bringing my dog to this clinic for the past two years and was skeptical about returning after hearing of the change in ownership. After our recent appointment I was pleasantly surprised! The new owner, Dr. Francis, was very thorough. It was obvious he genuinely loves animals as my dog Milo was relaxed through his entire appointment. I briefly met the lady vet and she seems very nice as well. I'm very happy with the changes in our local animal hospital!

During my first and only visit to Dr Wilson he lost his temper and shook my cat as she was muzzled and squirming on his table. She has been aggressive due to fear at the vet's before, so I suggested that she be muzzled. The muzzle did not cover half of one of her eyes so she was half blind. She could not bite him so she scratched him. He was not wearing gloves. He grabbed her around the middle and shook her on his table. I did not think anything like this could happen in a veterinarians office. I repeatedly asked him to stop and to let go of her as he continued to rough handle her and cut her nails as she struggled. shocking!
We paid our bill. We put an ad on Kijiji asking for vet referrals. A respondent actually recommend him after the fact. That cat has not been to a vet since. We found another vet for our other pets. What a disgrace.

I have been a customer for ten years and have received only the best service. Staff are very competent, caring and customer focused. Their rates are excellent!

I have been bringing my cats here for the last 6 years, and dogs for 3 years before that. The staff is always friendly,compassionate and helpful. I found the prices for most services to be reasonable, and spaying is less expensive than average.

I recently moved to the area and was looking for a vet as one of my cats didn't seem well. The took me in the day I called. The staff was friendly and showed genuine concern for my cat. He has since had to return weekly to regulate his meds as we found he is diabetic. I was worried the price of each visit was going to bankrupt me but the cost was very reasonable. I would and have recommend this vet to others. The only issue I have had was they forgot to call me to pick up my cat before they were closing (as they said they would). However I called and they waited for me to arrive so i could take him home. They even apologized for the oversight. So to the person that called and had a bad experience, I suggest you give them another try.

My only review is my initial phone call with the clinic. My cat has a UTI and our regular vet is too long of a car ride so I thought they would be a nice alternative as they're a block away. The receptionist was VERY rude unwilling to see her (wanted me to wait until next week with a urinary tract infection!). I have never set foot in the clinic nor will I ever!
