I have only been here once, and it was sadly to put down my kitty Hobbes. The staff were very kind and professional from when I first called to book that morning, and when I brought him in. The lady who helped me and got him ready was very nice, she was helpful and delicate about payment. The vet I saw thankfully got everything over as fast as possible, and made the process less awful. Everyone I saw was kind and compassionate, and I will be back.

We love it here- The vets and staff are wonderful!! Always pleasant and very diligent and knowledgeable. Appointments have always been on time and wait times to see a vet are very short. Love it here!! Would recommend Southpointe to everyone with a pet!

Our dog received excellent care the day she was spayed and had her teeth cleaned. The veterinarians were very thorough when doing those procedures. They are not there just to make money; they are there to take care of our pet. Their charges are very reasonable.

Have provided exceptional service since they have opened. Very compassionate and understanding. Have always made correct diagnosis and have always tried to minimize cost without compromising the animal.

The best vet clinic and staff in the city! Professional, knowledgable, compassionate.. the list goes on and on... Dr Stephanie Ball, & team are absolutely wonderful! My pet's care has never been compromised here, and neither will yours. 5 stars out of 5 stars!

I dropped in late one night with by dog for an eye infection, they took one quick look at her face and made time for her, they booked her in the next day for tooth extractions (she's 13) not only did they not pressure me, they took my word that we were returning the next day and didn't charge me until the work was complete. This is a clinic that is entirely concerned with the patient first.The prices were fair and lower then the ceiling that was estimated, I have recommended this clinic to all friends and clients of mine in need of a vet.

Very professional and caring staff. They treat us and our pets well. What I really appreciate is that we never feel pressured to spend more than is necessary. Our former vet would try to up sell us constantly to the point that it was awkward sometimes. These guys are a breath of fresh air in that they are more focused on your pet's health and well being than they are on making a buck.
