I wanted to like the practice- they're most convenient to my home. But after repetitious bad experiences, misdiagnoses, being up-sold on expensive procedures that wouldn't change the course of care but merely satisfy their curiosity, and generally not having my thoughts or wants for my pets' quality of life considered, I was dismayed and discouraged. The last straw was a nasty vet and unbelievably rude vet tech, even after I'd tried to find middle ground with them (not wanting to have to switch vets.) Finally threw in the towel, and went elsewhere, where I was relieved to find exactly the kind of care and clinic culture I'd hoped for, at much more reasonable prices. Unfortunate this practice is so bad- it's ideally located in a nice community.
