Staff is just wonderful. Dr. Craw is totally disinterested. Has NEVER even asked me about my dog when I bring her in. Just tells me she needs to be groomed???! (Which I do routinely, by the way.) Called last week with a quick question and waited over 24 hours and no one returned my call. WHen I called the next day, I was told that my call HAD been returned but when they checked they discovered that no I had not received a phone call. I then asked to have Dr. Craw call me and HE HAS NOT YET RETURNED MY CALL - it is 5 days. Will never use him again. He is totally disinterested. Doesn't ask questions - time to retire.
