I took my cat to Heidi for a dislocated hip. She wanted to operate, by cutting off the hip joint and allowing the end to form a new joint. This is a very, very old fashion hip replacement procedure, and there was nothing wrong with the hip joint....the ligaments were loose. I hurried away, and my cat got better on his own . 100% better with no intervention. Bizarre experience!!

Very first appointment with Dr. H Rachlin was quite pleasant. The following appointments were terrible. The reason I started taking my dog there, was because on her website, it stated, she dealt with Homeopathy. I'm extremely interested in this amazing science, and thought it sounded as if, it would be a good place to take my dog for treatments. Practically all of the remaining visits, she wanted to treat health problems for my dog, with Western medicine. Heidi seemed really " stressed " and her demeaner, was rather cold too. Her staff, always seemed " hurried " and stressed, as well. Didn't feel, warm & cozy with them. Expensive, to top it off!!!

I love this clinic. The staff is always so helpful and has a wealth of information to share. I've never left unsure or uneasy. I feel their wait times were short compared to other vets I've visited in Victoria, plus my dog loves coming to their office, which is a change. Highly recommended.

We love this clinic .we have been taking our rescue dogs to dr Heidi Rachel in for over 15 years .we currently have 3 dogs that are patients there and one dog has a complicated medical problem and Heidi has been not only caring but very diligent in the treament of our girl.Heidi has taken care of 5 of our dogs and has always been caring and compassionate at the end of life of the dog ..the staff have always been friendly polite..

Absolutely disgusted by the way Dr. Lynette Brown behaved towards my mother, who was faced with putting her 10 year old dog down. She was unprofessional and callous in her interactions. My mother had been a client of the clinic for many years and will not be returning there.

Feltham Pet Clinic is absolutely wonderful! We LOVE Dr. Rachlin! Always cheerful. Always smiling. She has been fantastic with all of our pets, but has been especially helpful with our Leonberger, who has some pretty significant allergies. We're finally on the right track with him due to her knowledge and expertise, and we're so grateful that he is much more comfortable now.
Most dogs are terrified to go into a vet office. Our Leo pulls us towards the clinic even if we're out on a walk and happen to pass near!
The staff are always very friendly and knowledgable and we always have a positive experience. Many thanks to all of you!! :)

The Vets and the staff are amazing! My dogs are so happy to see Dr. Heidi and I love that she gives treatment options - doesn't do the "hard sell" that so many vets do. She is also interested and open to alternative treatments. Love that clinic!!!

I was looking for a vet that was actually concerned about my pets and not just how much money they could bank from them. I FOUND THEM! People who genuinely CARE about my 'babies'. We have seen both Dr. Mulley and Dr. Rachlin who have both been patient with my millions of questions and kind in the handling of my pets who both have VERY different dispositions in their actions towards being at the vet. I have also called on occasion for a quick word of advice and if someone hasn't been able to take the call they have called me back. I'm so very grateful to have Feltham Gordon Head Pet Clinic in our lives and I would HIGHLY recommend them!

We have been going to the clinic since March 2009. Everyone there is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and conscientious. The clinic is organized and clean. The vets are very thorough and explain the pros & cons of treatment options. The initial referral to a specialist was fully supported and Dr. Heidi suggested the most recent referral. Staff have gone the extra mile to locate suppliers for the Naturopathic meds our dog is on. We recommend the clinic with no hesitation and so does our dog. When we arrive at the clinic she bolts for the door, tail wagging.

Went to this clinic for the first time last week after my long time vet was not able to see my cat. After meeting the staff and vets, I can see why this clinic is so highly recommended by everyone who goes. Even though they had never met me or my cat, they made us feel welcome and comfortable. This experience has converted me to a happy client at the Feltham Gordon Head Pet Clinic. Thank you so much to the staf at the clinic

Been taking my animals here for years, Dr. Rachlin and her associates are by far the best vets around. The front end staff are well informed and very helpful.
