I took both my cats there and not going back. The vet was pushy, trying to get me to start my cat on blood pressure meds, even though they couldn't take her b/p because machine wasn't working right. Also charged outrageous price for medication she was already taking. Won't be back.

some 2 years ago i brought them my cat with stage 2 kidney failure ..they were extremely helpful caring and supportive & went the extra mile to help us !!i am very glad i found these very caring gys in Rivard Animal Hospital after i broke it off with two other famous animal hospitals in the Area that did`nt think that my cats were going to last long and were more interested in Euthanasia( ,so am very thankful for Rivard Animal Hospital & God Bless )

I took my puppy to this clinic in an emergency situation.Awesome,friendly staff and knowledgeable vet with professional approach.I strongly recommend this location to my friends and other family members

I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. The doctors were very pushy, and the technicians seemed very uneducated. The doctor was not very social at all, and made me feel very unwelcomed.

The doctor was scared of my non-aggressive large breed dog. They tried to push getting vaccines done when I only came in to get flea medication. I had to say no several times before they left it alone. Also, they didn't want me to just have the flea medication, they tried to push dewormers and house sprays even though my dog doesn't have fleas...just wanted the meds as a preventative. I told them this, and they were still persistant about it. I left with only what I came for, and will never come back.
