He takes time to explain everything about the situation your pet faces and provides options for care. Dr. Hiss, Dr. Simpson, and staff are so compassionate, always treating your pet as if he were their own. By the way, I live an hour and a half away and still make the drive to this clinic---that's how wonderful they all are!!
