"Dr Tom" very rude and lazy. it took me two visits to get done what should have been done in one. Also,they charged me for a sample that was never tested. They are sending me a check for not doing the proper work, but it took a phone call for that. My guess is that I would not have been paid back if I had not called in and asked about it.
