The clinic never claims owneship for their mistakes and will not budge to compensate. Dr. Sue's dogs run the whole place and are allowed access to all areas including inside exam room where my pets are nervous enough as is. When you bring your animal in they are greeted by these two dogs who stand over your pet and make them pee from the pure fright of being overwhelmed. The staff sent my lizard's medicine home with needles instead of syringes and when confronted with the mistake they told me "well it says orally" and so it's not our fault if you had stabbed your pet and did it wrong. When I got home and read the label of the medicine it did not indeed state "orally" but the other antibiotic which apparently spilled from a loose cap did. They refused to honor my request and just give me the 3 small tiny amounts of antibiotics for my troubles and said they can't afford to give away medicine which at my cost is $11.00. I was appauled at the way they treated me. Also,to make us pay twice.
