This place is the epitome of everything racist in Quebec. If you are a white person they will serve and treat you like a royalty. We went here today and had an appointment for 11 am. We arrived at 11 and call the reception and was told to wait outside while they are opening a file for one of our dogs. We were at the door when we were asked to step aside because a white customer arrived and needed to picked up medicine which is fine that she gets to be served first since she was only picking up medication.
We ended up waiting for an hour outside so we called again and was told we are late (the lady never mention that they will not see us anymore and let us wait outside for few more minutes) and then something distasteful happened, a white couple arrived in their fancy car and they did not only get to be served first the employee actually went outside to assist them ( a courtesy that was not able give us) and bring the couple’s dog inside first. I would have tolerated it if it was on

First of all, the morning staff act like they are doing you a favour. Pretty rude. Second, although some of the vets there are amazing, Dr Cuikerman is wonderfull, but the prices are ridiculous. They test for everything, blood test, appt and a poop test cost over 600$. I have literally spent over 10k between all my animals. If someone can recommend another vet, id be grateful. They are known to over charge for everything. My friends cat died during a routine procedure and they charged her for CPR!!!

Horrible unprofessional and lacking in knowledge. Was told that my dog will need to have RABIES shot EVERY YEAR... when in fact it is common knowledge now that for MANY years every veterinarian administers the Rabies vaccine only ONCE EVERY THREE (3)YEARS to a dog. But... a CERTAIN VET at this clinic said that dogs should receive their Rabies vaccines EVERY YEAR. Time to stop lying to your clients Cote St Luc Animal Hospital !!!

My old vet could never figure out what was wrong with my dog, I came to Cote st Luc for a second opinion and finally got an answer! They did recommend lots of tests but that's what he needed! He has been doing great since! THANK YOU

They will recommend every test under the sun. After having spent a fortune at this clinic, I switched clinics and was immediately offered a rebate for having more than one pet and repeat visits in a short time span. Not only do they test extensively, but their prices are outrageous. One woman buying food and seeing how much my bill came to, approached me in the parking lot to give me the card of her vet. To add insult to injury, the wait is horrible even when I would take the first appointment of the day. Would never recommend this clinic, sorry I ever took my pets there.

My regular vet was too busy to take me and sent me to Cote St Luc instead. I couldn't be happier! They were so nice, friendly and fantastic. My dog is doing great. They are my new vet!

I came in with my cat who had been sick for a few days, the doctors were very understanding about my budget and helped me do what was best for my kitty. She needed emergency surgery which they did right away. SHE IS HOME HAPPY AND HEALTHY. Thank you to all the staff! Everyone was wonderful.

We frequently visited this clinic because its in the neighbourhood -Receptionists are not the friendliest - Okay to go to in terms of vaccines and very minor issues - DO NOT take your pet here for surgery, you might as well go to a butcher - we regret allowing them to perform surgery on our dog - he has since required additional corrective surgeries due to his botched surgery. Spare yourselves the heartache and financial strain. Also, they try to up sell everything to you on your way out.

I've been dealing with Dr. Kalin for 40+ years, and think she and her staff are great. I adopt all my cats from her, as they are abandoned or lost souls. I highly reccomend this vet to any and all.

The clinic is clean and the staff are knowledgeable and very caring. I have complete confidence in their abilities and even if sometimes the wait is long it's worth it! The vets are wonderful and take the time to explain everything,nyou can tell they love animals

I think this place is more of a business than anything else. They pushed food on me and seem to know much about animal nutrition. Never go back.
