Don;t even go there!. I took my German Shepherd as he had cluster Seizures during a winter night. The staff are completely unprofessional. They use all sorts of scare techniques to scare your family, children and you to death and try to extort money out of you. My total bill that evening for 3 hours stay came out whopping $4,500 !!! and they have no f_ _ _ _ king clue what they were doing. The PA authorities need to closed down this facility to save cruelty to animals and the pet owners being ripped off.

This place was not a good experience for me and my dog. My one year old dog died here because the staff screwed around to long and didn't act fast enough with the emergency at hand. They were to worried about the money. We never got to be with our pet as she passed, she was in the back with the staff the whole time and the next time we saw her she was gone. I wouldn't take anY animal here ever again.
