DO NOT TAKE YOUR RABBIT HERE. They advised they can treat rabbits but when I was there they said they didn't have the tools. Gave her a penicillin shot and put her into GI Stasis. When I called asking for help I was told, sorry. No vet in until 230 and we're fully booked anyway. Not even an attempt to direct me to help. After a full day in emergency and one very sick rabbit in pain, I can only say that the treatment was IMHUMANE and they need to rebrand to INSUFFICIENT CARE.

They are the absolute greatest! We had good experiences here already, but this week takes the cake. The vet tech made multiple calls to our pet insurance and advocated until they agreed to pay us for our dogs dental extractions. We already liked them for their care and service (as well as senior pets plan), but this was above and beyond. I can't say enough about this wonderful vet practice!! They put pets and their owners first and I am forever grateful and thankful for them!!

I'll make a very long story short by stating the main points, which are that when our cat had to have some teeth removed (they thought 3, but once he was under told us 12) they then weren't able to finish the procedure and had only pulled 9 of the 12 teeth, meaning he had to have a second surgery and we had to pay double the price. Our 2nd cat then had to have some of his teeth pulled shortly after and we went back to our usual vet, and they were clear that if a similar circumstance happened then we wouldn't be charged double and the quote could only go up by $300 more and otherwise they'd cover the difference. What an entirely different experience from one to the other. Also Complete Care with both of our cats said they might have cancer and offered to send bone away for testing (another huge cost) - that was several years ago and we opted not to do it and both are fine. Just doesn't seem like the kind of thing to throw around when ppl just want to do the best for their pets.

The doctors and staff, treat your pet like one of their own and have great compassion for not only your pet but you as well. Everyone there is very friendly and always give you complete information on anything your pet needs. Would recommend them highly to anyone.
