Gentle and thorough examination of our frail 23 year old cat. Calm, efficient clear manner of all staff. Excellent communication. Reasonable and fair prices. This is the best vet and veterinarian clinic we have ever found.

Front desk staff is in their own word's "a little scatter brained". Dr Nancy Silverburg is a good doctor but has no idea what customer service means and all but called me a liar when a disagreement over an appointment came up where the front staff person made a very big mistake in the booking. I was forced to make them correct their mistake but somehow I was the bad guy so for that I have spent my last dime at this "clinic". Oh and to everyone thinking of going here they're never, ever on time and quite expensive.
