We have been bring our dog and cat to this clinic for the last year. We had a Vet in our town but after hearing many recommendations for this one we decided to try them and are very glad that we did! The Doctor and staff are amazing! They make you and your pets feel right at home. We have pets that are normally terrified and shaking as soon as you walk into a Vet clinic so to see the difference in your animals behavior instantly and that they are actually happy and excited to go in for vaccines and checkups is something that made switching to this clinic after 10 years at our old one super easy to do. You can really tell that they care about the pets and the owners and go above and beyond to explain what treatments and options are available to you. When you find a Clinic like this, that still puts the animals welfare first and not $$ then you know you have found the best place for your pet. I would recommend them to everyone. Worth the drive out of Brantford to get amazing care!

This is an excellent veterinary clinic! the staff were so kind and inviting, they answered all of my questions and did not push treatments that i did not want to do. I will recommend this clinic to anyone who asks.

I switched from a cheaper vet to this clinic ...which is a little more expensive but a million times more caring. The doctor takes time with each pet, explaining each step, giving you options where possible, and he obviously cares about each animal. He calls to keep you updated when your pet is being tested or after a procedure and is ultra informative and kind. I would recommend this vet without any reservation. The vet is caring and very competent and the staff are happy and helpful. At my previous vet (where we have been going for 11 long years), we were treated like a number!!!! There was no education - to help prevent problems (such as feline diabetes, tooth decay , etc). Elsewhere it featured cheaper prices but long waits, dirty examination tables, dirty, full waiting room and vets who really didn't care to spend the time with you and one who actually said he didn't like cats!!!!

The staff here is excellent. The doctor would call and keep us updated on my pets progress after he had surgery and would let me sit with him. They are so very caring.
