Took my dog in December to have her bloodshot and cloudy eye checked and for tooth extraction surgery. I informed Dr. Kidwell that her eye had been in this condition for months and 2 other doctors failed to give me a reason. He was also made aware that the tooth just below this eye was cracked and discharging pus. He said her eye was like this do to old age. He extracted the tooth 6 days later and 7 days later her eye is bulging out of its socket. I take her back and she is diagnosed with glaucoma. The Ophthalmologist she now sees told me that Dr Kidwell having not properly diagnosed and treating the infection in her eye (Uveitis) caused by the bad tooth is what brought on the glaucoma. He also said it was possible the trauma from having the extraction was the catalyst which is why it occurred just days later. All Creatures refuses to accept that it was either Dr.Kidwells mistaken diagnosis of old age that led to this or when he extracted her tooth he caused some trauma to her eye.
