We have been taking our dog here for 8 years and have spent thousands of dollars in bills. My husband has the dog out camping and I am joining tomorrow. The dog has the same ear infection that she has chronically since a pup. The vet refused to give us a refill prescription without seeing the dog. The dog is gone 3 hours away and desperately needs the meds. So instead of giving us the medication, they prefer to have our dog suffer. It was a definite cash grab from the clinic, which we could not understand being loyal customers for the past 8 years. We will never return to this clinic - the service and commitment has gone downhill with skyrocketing prices since the vets have changed. Do not waste your time and money here!!!

Vets are friendly, and hours are good. But don't expect reasonable cost common sense vet medicine. They will talk you into everything and charge you!! Paying astronomical vet bills doesn't mean you love your animal more. Take my advice there are great vets out there at half the cost. Go find one.

I've taken my dogs to the clinic since 2005. I really trust the clinic and while I used to always go to Dr. Les, we've now transitioned to Danielle, who is amazing. One of my dogs has diabetes, which means I am at the clinic pretty regularly to get food and insulin. They care for my fur babies like their own, and it makes me feel so much better. Pricey? Maybe, but veterinary care isn't inexpesnive anywhere and the care is worth the cost!

Dr. Les has been taking care of my cats since the clinic opened. He takes a personal interest in the care and well being of all my animals. When I had an animal in acute kidney failure, his staff even taught me to administer injections and fluids , and because of this and the great care from all the techs and Dr. Les, my cat pulled through !! If you are looking for a #1 clinic, this is the one.

I have been taking my two dogs and my cats to this clinic for a number of years now. I have always been happy with the staff and the quality of service. The clinic always calls with reminders of when my animals are due for vaccinations, when their appointment is etc. There is never a push for additional treatments without speaking with me first. My pets and I enjoy our visits!

Have bought my pets here for many years. Always friendly and provide good information and explain my options when my cat was sick. Great hours too.

This is the worst vet clinic I've ever been to. They used to have good vet's but not any more. I took my dogs to this clinic where some frazzled vet stumbled through the appointment. He could not answer any questions and left the exam room to go and use Google on the computer in the back. It was a complete waste of my time. This vet clinic is only concerned with charging hefty fees for absolutely everything. A vet clinic should be concerned with the well being of the animals not just be in it for the money. Save your time and find a different clinic.

We have been going to this clinic since it opened. The staff is friendly and helpful. They are wonderfully compassionate with both people and their pets. My beagles are thrilled to go for visits (could it be the healthy treats they get?). Great people, worth the money, fantastic suggestions for helping our dogs have long, healthy, happy lives.

Both me and my puppy love this vet office! I have taken him to see both Dr. Robertson and Dr. McCurdy and I found both of them to be great. They were very thoughral, answered all of my questions patiently, and treated my pup like a member of the family. I was impressed when I was offered to see a full tour of the facilities, which seemed very modern and up to date. A recent emergency landed me at the Calgary North Vet hospital, which was the worst place I could have ever gone, and it made me realize even more how great this office is the areas of service, compassion, and top notch vet care. Unlike other places I have visited, they seem to genuinely care for their owners and pets and not just about the money. I would recommend this vet to anyone who asks.

They did an awesome job with my dogs! A little late but it was a saturday and they were very busy! reception was extremely friendly! and the vet had a lot of good advice and discussed diet with me, thanks guys!
