Over the course of several/many years I have taken my pets to this clinic. The prices are quite high but I felt good because I really thought they were worth it. It wasn’t until we had a dog with lots of health issues that we realized they’re just interested in the money. We’ve always been good pet owners, ALWAYS! Since Covid this clinic has become very unwelcoming, they no longer allow owners in the clinic with their pets. You call when you arrive and don’t be LATE or your appointment is cancelled even if it’s by 5 minutes, so make sure to synchronize your watch with theirs. Anyways, they take your pet in and you wait in your car until they bring your pet back out-that’s ridiculous! Oh…they also bring the payment scanner so they can get the money quickly and send you on your way. Most pets aren’t happy going to the vet, it’s stressful and they know that, so why would you cause them more stress? They simply don’t care!

I made an appointment to go speak to the vet about putting one of my dogs down. She made me feel guilty for doing this and basically said give it more time. I already told her my family came to this decision and it was not something we took lightly. I have been going to this vet for over 12 years and was upset that they made me feel like a bad dog owner. I will no longer be coming to this vet and will be taking my other dog elsewhere. putting a pet down is a hard thing and for the vet to judge me on the reasons why I was doing this was upsetting. then the vet charged me $75 just to speak to her about this. I had a decade of good service and thought speaking to the vet before I called in to book an appointment would be best, WOW was I wrong. I will never again use this vet clinic due to the way they shammed me for wanting to put my dog down.

Wouldn't take my animals anywhere else. Very knowledgeable Vets and staff. Very, very caring. Have been going here for 15 years

I had a very bad experience here when I took our dog to get fixed. We will not be returning here. She doesn't not know how to handle bigger dogs and just straight out told me she does not trust my dog. He needed to have a muzzle on him at all times. I have never had an issue with him at another vet only with her

I have never found a better clinic! The doctors are very knowledgable and friendly, and you can tell they're in this business because they care about animals. They all have a very good bedside manner, but Dr Walters is the greatest! They aren't interested in charging you an arm and a leg, and you can tell that they're care first, business second. The front end staff are also very helpful, and they will give out simple information over the phone, saving you a trip out to Ardrossan if it isn't absolutely necessary. I recommend them to absolutely everyone!

We have been going to this vet for many years. We have also lost 3 of our dogs in that time and the staff were so supportive to us. I would highly recommend this vet clinic.
