Where do I even begin? I used to take my cats to Dr. Thomas and then Dr. Holland purchased the clinic. Right off the hop she refused to see my cat without a rabies vaccine. My cat was 11 years old and has never been outside. Once vaccines were up-to-date she misdiagnosed her, put her on hash medications. My cat lost a alarming amount of weight and was vomiting all over the house. She ended up dying. I blame this horrid veterinarian. I am placing a formal complaint against her.

Very rude and inconsiderate..100% guaranteed a diagnosis without running tests.. Diagnosis was 100% wrong....my pet did not survive her care!

I used to take my cats to Dr Thomas...let's just say that I was happy to hear that he was retiring. Guy had the bedside manner of a wet rag. Dr Holland took over and she has been wonderful! She is very attentive and knows her stuff. I refuse to take my pets elsewhere.

Sarah has been EXCELLENT with my 3yr old Husky Shepherd mix since her very first visit to the Vet. She is 100% better than the last vet I took my fur babies to. My girl loves Sarah and Sarah is always helpful to answer all my questions. That is why I can't wait for my boy to meet her (he's an 11 week old Samoyed)

My husband and I just adopted a Cat from the ARL. We went to Dr. Sarah for her first exam. The doctor was really good, not hard to tell she is a cat person. She ansered all our questions, we got drops for her eyes. She showed us how to put them in. Did not feel rushed, which suprised me seeing as it was a free exam. The girl on the desk was not very helpfull. But the doctor made up for that. We will go back.

Took my cat in for needles, everyone was nice to me. The Vet was running behind. She did anser all my questions though. Most importanty my boy Stuey liked her.

I use to bring my cats to All Creatures when it was owned by Dr. Thomas. As soon as Dr. Sarah Holland took over the place went down hill. They are lacking in customer service. No one is on the same page. They seem to care more about money than pets. I brought my oldest car to her when she got sick and she didn't do a thing! I was so upset that she made me cry. ( beware people ) there are lots of fantastic vets around.
