I honestly cant believe how horrible the new vet treats people and pets. I am so disgusted someone like this works in a helping profession! She said they didn't know what was wrong with our dog but the vet "googled it" and it might be her tongue. After numerous appointments she still could not answer simple questions about anything to do with either of our dogs. Not only that the vet was so horribly rude to us AND accused of having a "faulty harness" when they let our dog run away in the parking lot! In the same appointment they asked us if we have air conditioning because our dog was too hot (because she was scared of the vet...and yes we do have air conditioning!) When we tried to leave she said "You seem agitated" and would not give our dog back!! Of course we were agitated!!! I am completely shocked and mortified. If I had more room to comment I would have A LOT more to say!!!

I am writing this review primarily to express my disgust regarding the horrible treatment and inhumane treatment of our furry friends. You reach out at the worst time in your life when your babies are suffering and needing care. You are not supposed to be gauged, put off and made to wait for unnecessary testing when your pet needs to be relieved of severe pain. Especially when you were sent away without thought and ignored. After consulting an emergency vet hospital, I was even more shocked to find out all that I had not been told. When I contacted them the next day, they denied their earlier response and STILL wanted to perform the very tests done the night before at the emerg vet. I am so disgusted by this place. Do NOT trust them to care for your pets.

Our family feel very fortunate to have the Chicopee Hills Animal Hospital team available to provide care for our dog Ginger. The front end staff are extremly polite, empathic and professional. The doctors are not only passionate and caring for their pet clientele but also have patience and take the time to explain things thoroughly to us and place follow up calls to check on Gingers health??. I have visited this clinic twice now, and both times I have been more than impressed. I have always received positive feedback regarding the care of my pet and suggestions that have been appropriate and fair. I have never felt pressured to have a procedure completed, nor have I felt taken advantage of. Recently, I had a concern for my animal and they fit me in the same day and have followed up 3 times to ensure he was doing better and to calm down a nervous mom! I know I have chosen the best vet for my pet and will continue to entrust my pet's health to them! Thank you Chicopee Hills!

I am impressed at how professional and friendly this staff is. It's so easy to openly discuss with them all questions about my pet's feed and behavioral issues. In today's visit our doctor was Dr. Deanne Croft. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and open to any questions. Her advices are not categorical, but well-reasoned. The price was very reasonable as well. I cannot say this clinic is the best one because I'm not so experience with others, but definitely I'm happy to stay with these vets and I would recommend them with high pleasure.

I recently took my rabbit here and the vet seemed more knowledgeable about rabbits than other vets around. Very friendly and patient. I would definitely recommend this vet.

I have had several vets over the years. This clinic is hands down the best clinic I have ever used. I can not recommend them enough.

I wouldn't trust anywhere else, they are the best! My dog has had a lot of weird health concerns and they have treated them all with confidence and efficiency. Both vets are excellent and their staff is welcoming. Worth every penny.

Provide excellent care to our 3 cats. We highly recommend this Vet. clinic in Kitchener. Pet approved = our 3 cats don't even mind going there. Great staff and best 2 vets.
