They were the kindest and most caring people when we had to put our cat Jasmine of 17 yrs down. I don't know how you can say they are rude. Everyone in my family and extended family goes there and I am sure our new persian kitten will have the same excellent care as our first cat!!

If you care about your pet's welfare, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!
This establishment is inhumane in their practices. They'll take any opportunity to terrify a patron into believing their pet will die if they don't authorize a series of crazy expensive procedures, that the pet probably doesn't need.
The staff; Heather, and Cathy are best described as bitter and insane. They were horrifyingly rude & incompetent. They resorted to berating personal insults when I pointed out their mistake. I asked to speak with the Dr. about the issue, weeks later; I'm still waiting for that call.
The Doctor's practices are questionable at best. Instead of returning phone calls; they prefer to start flame wars on review sites. Medically; they're just as bad! They had my cat on three courses of antibiotics in a row, which I'm told is dangerous. I suspect them of preying on my emotions to stack my bills (& torture my pet) with erroneous, unnecessary procedures.

We take our dog Billy to Dr. Gordon. He has many problems but we feel he is doing a little better.Every one there is very kind and caring to our sweet special needs pet. Thank you to all involved in his care. We like that they treat their patients and owners with compassion and respect. Thanks again, Cindy Fenske
