Our dog went it for a lump in Nov and the office waited till Jan 2024 to "address"it. I use that term lightly cause all they did was clean our 12 year old dogs teeth and ignore the lump at the time of service. We were forced to go elsewhere to have the issue addressed. They dropped the ball and instead of stating that, they made up EVERY excuse possible instead of doing the right thing. They blamed the situation on us instead of holding up to their oath to do right by pets. We were responible pet owners who got scammed big time. They want to say my dog is thriving, when she is not. The lump had grown twice its size since Nov. Please make sure to read the bad reviews that the office didn't beg for.

Horrible vet. She refused to treat our dog for mites in August and on a second visit she insisted there were no mites. It should have been very clear to her the good possibility he did have mange. Because we were told no mites too much time elapsed until my son insisted he take my Teddy to his vet. They were not opposed to the possibility because skin scrapes don't always show mites. So Teddy was treated with Bravecto. Dr. DiLella was loud, rude and incompetent. She also lied to me as a reason to refuse to credit the second deposit I made for a missed appointment that was THEIR mistake giving me the wrong time or changing it without my knowledge. She lied and said I decided to forfeit the deposit but it was my husband who was late because we were told 5:30 and he said there was no mention of forfeiting my deposit, just told to reschedule. Dr. DiLella lied to me. Because she didn't treat Teddy my family all had to be treated AND I have to be thorough in treating furniture & beds

Corey is a great vet. but our pets actually love going to see her. You can tell how much she really cares about each one in her care. She is special enough for us to travel an hour to take our pets to her!
