I have had the same experience. This clinic is all about the money, I won't be back. within half an hour I had spent $300 and was pressured into taking medication I don't think my pet really needed, and vet didn't tell me that I had to buy this medication for the rest of my pet's life. I didn't think my pet needed it and she turned out to be fine, she did not lose weight as Dr. Fulop said if she did not take the meds. This place is a money grab and I did not feel it was the best place for my pet.

I'm very happy with this clinic. I've taken my pets to several in the area, so far this one seems to care the most about the well being of my furbabies. Always going above and beyond to make sure they're taken care of. Their technicians, especially Gayle are great with my pets and always take the time to explain everything in detail. Wouldn't take my pets anywhere, and the prices are very reasonable compared to other clinics we've been to

I use to go to Rosebank animal hospital and changed to Amberlea. This vet is great with animals and is not afraid of large dogs. Great staff and easy to talk too.

A year ago I adopted a litter of 4 kittens having lost my two older cats within 2 months of each other. It was only when I learned that Dr. Fulop opened her own animal hospital that I felt confident and comfortable enough to take on this "gang of 4". The facility is clean and the energy calm, efficient and caring. The staff is welcoming - funny - and obviously love the animals. Dr. Fulop has created a clinic which reflects her commitment to animal health - and that's the most important thing to me as far as my cats are concerned.

I highly recommend this clinic. Dr. FULOP is a caring, knowledgeable professional. She treats my dogs like her own, and goes out of her way to make sure they receive the very best care. She is thorough, and always able to diagnose and treat them whatever the issue. The staff is also excellent, and always follow up to make sure all is well even after the visit. We have been extremely satisfied customers of Dr. FULOP for years, you won't find a better vet!

Before Dr. Fulops opened her own clinic, she was great, but now it's all about the money. Medication that I bought from her cost me more than double if I bought it from my mother's vet. That was a shock and I will not be back again. I understand maybe $5.00 more but not $25.00 more for the same meds. from another vet.

I went in to this new clinic not too long ago and picked up a card. This clinic was highly recommended to me by people. The place is clean but i have not had a chance to make an appointment yet. Not sure if I will anymore. I called later to ask about pricing for our new puppy (vaccines and cost to have her fixed later). The person on the phone was rude. It sounded like she had no time for my questions and concerns. Being a first time dog owner I wanted to know what to expect. Maybe she was busy I dont know! But she was too abrupt with her answers, sounded irritated with my questions, she made me feel awfully stupid. That's the only experience I have... not sure if I will call again.

The Pickering community is extremely fortunate to have had Dr. Fulop open her own clinic. The facilities are beautiful, and her compassion and level of care are top notch. Her dedication and commitment to her practice is evident the moment you meet her; you will not be disappointed bringing your pets here. Regarding the post below, I can confidently ensure anyone that Dr. Fulop is far from what she is betrayed as below. As with humans, vomiting, lethargy, and general sickness is a potential effect of vaccines in dogs just as it is in humans.

I read so many good reviews about Dr. Furlop but it's true what they say! Don't believe everything you read. This clinic is a money grab! They gave my puppy her 12 week and 16 week shot within 2 weeks of each other! The puppy was sick and threw up for 2 days. They didn't care to call and follow up as they did the first visit. Dr. Furlop may have been a good vet before but now that she has her own clinic I'm disappointed to say that she is all about making money. So sad that a clinic is more interested in money than the well being of puppies.

Simply the best vet. We have been with Dr. Fulop for many years and trust her with our 3 pets. In fact, we drive from Ottawa to see her. We moved from Pickering to Ottawa and tried a number of vets in the area, but none of the vets were near as good as Dr. Fulop. Love her to pieces.
