I could only rate one on everything as I called and waited for the so called exotic vet hoping she would see my pregnant sow who was having hard time. She couldn't be bothered to even come to the phone and said she would be fine. She died unable to push her babies out we are rushing out other girl to Edmonton so she will have care when time arrives. I wouldn't take my puppy or any of my animals here this place is worst experience I've had with a vet don't even call they are overbooked and unable to do anything.

All the vets here that have seen my dogs are so absolutely love the animals. I have been here for routine care and emergencies and have always felt the best interest of the animal is in mind. They give you options, costs, and opinion so in the end you can make your own decision about the best care for your animal.

Not a fan of this clinic at all! Its all about the money and not for the love of animals. 1400$ for a dental with ONE extraction! Almost 300$ for an X-Ray! They will suck as much money out of you the best they can. Many people travel to Athabasca where the prices are lower and the vets care about the animals. My cat was diagnosed with a grade 3 heart murmur at WBSAH...the only clinic of 3 that detected it! I definitely wont be back. People need o shop around at other clinics before going here, unfortunately!

This review is based only on Dr.Hardy who misdiagnosed our dog twice now. Common sense led me to a diagnosis both times and I went back requesting another vet who diagnosed our pup in less than 1 minute. Needless to say she will not see our pets again having them go through weeks of unnecessary discomfort let alone the thousands of dollars we've spent. Very disappointed.

The entire staff truly cares about the hapiness and well being of the patient. Every efort is made to ensure that the pet is comfortable during it's visit. The staff was able to accomodate my cat the same day when she had a laceration over her eye. After treatment, medication, insertion of a microchip and the addition of an Elizabethian collar, my cat left extremely happy without any moaning or complaining. The cat did not experience any loss of appetite after visiting the vet (which is highly unusual for her) and was extremely playful when I got her home. I highly recommend Dr. Stepanov and her staff - a truly wonderful experience.
