This company doesn't even deserve a "1" rating. The BBB gave the company an "F". I took my dog into the clinic on a Sunday, because she was shaking and could not walk. The Vet stated that she was impacted, and her anal glands were full. He said that he suppressed her glands and gave her something to make her go to the bathroom. He stated that she already went to the bathroom, and she should be okay. The next day there was not any change in her, so I called the clinic only to find out they never gave her anything to make her go potty. They suggested that I bring her back in to stay overnight and give her fluids. I took my dog to our Vet the next morning, and they were shocked by all the waste that came out of her. They had to suppress her anal glands, because they never suppressed them. This is after they charged me to suppress them and extra money to clean her after they were supposedly done. They stole money my money, and they allowed my dog to endure two days of pain!
