I brought my dog in twice due to a sore paw, I was told I was imagining things which they charged me 65$ each time to tell me that. On the third visit a week later I brought him back to show them a bump on top of his paw. The vet then said “oh I was only looking underneath not on top”, cool. He then tells me it’s infected from something being left in there and untreated (there fault) I was then prescribed antibiotics and a cleaning solution to use for ten days. It got worse. I went back in after the ten days with my dog. They took my dog to a separate room with me. Brought him back with a bloody paw, they left the wound open (on a rainy day I may add) told me it’s a cyst and needs surgery. Then I was charged more money plus money for an ointment. When I said I didn’t fee that is reasonable the secretary Veronica ripped the ointment out of my hand and blocks the exit. We finally left with an open wound and no hope for it to be resolved after 4 visits. I do suggest not going to this clin

I would just like to express how unimpressed I was with my visit at this clinic. I walked in and the first thing the woman (not sure what her name is) said was - "HI, did you pay for that already?" in the most condescending way possible! A "hello, good morning, how are you?" would have been a nice way to start the conversation. There is something called "Customer Service." And for someone that saw me and my puppy just a few days ago (Saturday,) shouldn't they know that I already paid for the sample that I was dropping off??
Also, mentioning that other clinics nearby charge half of what you charge for x-rays was a valuable point. Instead of addressing my point in a respectable and clear manner, they compared their x-ray machine to a high class machine like Louis Vuitton or Mercedes! Who does that?!
