miss diagnosis and very high prices and when my cat got sick from them exposing her to a viral infection, it cost another 100 for them to help her. they gave her a 5 day supply of antibiotics which was $50. my vet could not believe they gave her meds that are hard on their stomachs. my vet said she will not be able to eat while this med tears up her stomach. they made my cat suffer more than she needed to. she was injured by my dog and they insisted that it was cancer. took her to my vet and he drained the lump, you can't drain cancer! $750 to have these people guess and insist they were right!
