Got scolded by another front person That I wasted another woman's lunch hour(2pm) while I explained my pets health.(Vet?) I guess they only get 10 min lunches?! The first girl kept putting me on hold to ask questions and no one wants to give an approximate quote.. just get you in for a quote even if that is too high they got something.Lol.then they tried telling me she heard the 1st girl she was to Have the doctor call me. never happened! I told the young lady.. talk to them and get back to me if i don't hear back then I know it's no to to pull more teeth as a proactive cause my little guy won't live through another as he is 13 now .. the answer was NO. If no was the answer they did not Have to put me down for sharing and say "I wasted their lunch!" and tell me how traumatic a thing I was asking!?. Like him going through surgeries and risk dying is not trauma. This is my beloved family member. We do it for humans. Bed side manner of vipers. what happened to our money our say ?

Everyone is so caring, they truly love animals! I would not hesitate to recommend this clinic to anyone.

Excellent clinic. At times Dr Jacob may not have the best bedside manner, however she is professional, staff are great, clinic clean and in good order and she is reasonably priced.

We have been going to Dr. Jacob with our animals for over 10 years. She is a no nonsense kind of vet which we appreciate. She has a deep understanding of farm animals and is wonderful and considerate with us and our pets. There has been multiple times that she has taken our pets in on an emergency basis both late at night and on the weekend. I cannot say enough good things about her :)

This vet does not know how to talk or listen to clients. She is lucky to have such a wonderful staff. Does not post rates and additional rates, instead hides them in a pull out board in desk. One should post and be honest and up front.To get a dog to walk one should not shove and keep shoving along floor especially when told to stop. Not pleased at all and left with a very negative feeling. Followed with a phone call and again felt I was not heard. I arrived to this appointment ten minutes early respecting her time and she was twenty minutes late from the actual appointment time with no apology just with an bad attitude.
