I just moved to the area. I was looking for a nice vet when i came across Dutchtown Animal Hosp. I called to see if i could make an appointment and they were able to take me within the next hour. When i arrived i was welcomed with bright smiles. We were taken right in for our scheduled time. Dr. Grayson was our vet. She could not have been any nicer. She showed great concern. Towards checking out, i asked about their boarding prices and facilities. The young lady at the desk took me on a tour, which i was amazed by how clean and well kept the clinic was. I definitly reccommend them. Could not have been any happier. I trust them with pets!!

We just got a new puppy for Christmas...our family's first pet! The staff was very friendly and took the time to answer all of our questions. My littlr girl wants to be 'doggy doctor' now..Lol

brought my dog here on 12/13/12 needing urgent care! 1 hr. plus passed and no one did anything to save my pet. I watched in dismay as other none urgent cases arrived at the clinic after me and were helped while my poor dog went down hill! Finally I confronted the staff and was given a poor excuse as to being neglected. I took my poor sick dog and desperately found another clinic where my case was treated with the urgency it deserved,but unfortunately my dog passed within a short time after arriving at the second clinic. My dog lost valuable time at Dutchtown Animal Hospital. If you love your pets, DO NOT GO THERE!

We dropped our dog off for 24 hours to be boarded. Your employees claimed that we asked for our 5 1/2 month old Golden Retriever to be shaved. We signed a boarding slip that didn't mention anything about grooming and we pre-paid for the boarding. Please tell me how it makes sense that we would pay for only boarding but we wanted you to provide more than that service? Then your employees who told two completely different stories blamed each other and us for your company's mistake. To be fair you did give us a refund on the grooming that we didn't ask for, but now we have to wait months to see if our Golden's hair is going to grow back properly. You have a serious problem on your hands. Your employees are not honest and I don't think you guys care enough to even understand what went wrong. What if we were planning to breed our dog? How would a prospective buyer know what the pups would look like? How could we trust you guys to perform any kind of medical procedure on her?
