I have been a client for ten years and I have never had any complaints. Everybody is always friendly and helpfull and my pets love to come in.The new facility is much nicer .I have to say prices are resonable and when I had to split the payments because of an emergency surgery of my dog it was not a problem.I would never recomend any other clinic.

I was told over the phone by their wonderful receptionist that they're a business not a charity, they need to make money. And I only asked if it was possible to make a payment plan for a $3000 surgery my dog needs. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
