They told me they could save my cat's life for $1800, after I paid them that they told me they could save his life but they needed $4000 MORE. They then spent 3 weeks doing everything they said they were going to do and handed me a bill for $13000 - that's THIRTEEN THOUSAND from an estimate of $1800. Then the cat died. There are so many stories of how this vet takes advantage of people who love their animals - I just wish I'd read them before it happened to me.

Speciality/Referal Hospital, so expect that their services are very expensive. Did a procedure on my dog that should not have required surgery, but a "complication" happened and he had to have a big abdominal incision. They were fair about not charging me for other than out of pocket expenses beyond the original estimate, but my dog had a longer recovery than he should have. Facility is great if you have to spend long time there waiting.

After examining my cat, I was presented with an estimate for over ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS. Since I did not have the money the amount was reduced to 400.00 but I had to take him home. He got worse. I brought him back and they said they had to put him down. They needed my debit card because it was going to cost THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS to do this. Because I had already taken out over $400.00 that day for the initial appointment, my card would not go through. They demanded cash before they was never told what actually was wrong with him or if there was a chance he could be treated. I felt that I was held emotionally and financially hostage by their organization. At the end of the day, I had a dead cat and three hundred dollars to live on for the next two weeks and a pile of unpaid bills. It felt like a program designed to take advantage of people who would go to the ends of the earth to save their beloved pet.
