Took our pug Dalida who received her usual vaccines in Mexico. We found out they were overvaccinating there and giving annual shots that should have been every 3 yrs. Dr.Laura Major was great and never even charged for the visit as the shots were not due at all. All the vets and reception have been absolutely great. at every visit.

Our dog was a patient of one of the vets for many years. At the old location in Shawnessy, our vet was more available and the care from he and staff more personal. Recently, we had to have our dog put down due to his old age and an illness he could not battle. The care and attention we received was cold and impersonal. The vet didn't bother to send a sympathy card or anything which was a blow! I doubt if we will use this clinic again.

I took my litle Havanese for the first time a couple of months ago when he hurted his leg. Dr Katie was very helpful, she did xrays and explained us very detailed what happened and what the xrays showed. The satff was very friendly and helpful and we didn't wait very long. We got a phone call the next day from Dr Katie checking to see how our biy was doing and I thought that was very nice. We just came back to get him neutered and Dr Jayson was awesome! Our dog had a lump that we wanted to remove at the same time but because it was just a soft tissue he didn't think it was necesary, he took all the time to explain us. I really loved how concered he was about us understanding it wasn't anything mayor. Our boy is recovering pretty fast thanks to Dr Jayson, he did a fantastic job and I'm very happy with him. I really like that he showed that he cared about our puppy as much as we do so that made us feel very comfortable and happy because we knew we were leaving him on good hands.

My family has taken our dogs to this vet clinic for the past 4 years and they are amazing. Sometimes they won't charge for a simple procedure (removing stitches) even if they didn't do the surgery! The staff is knowledgeable and if they aren't certain (i.e. Vet in training) they always ensure they get a second opinion. Highly recommend this place!

I have taken my pets to Fish Creek on several occasions, emergency and otherwise, and have always been very impressed. The caring, compassion and respect that all of the staff treat both pets and their owners with is comforting. I have recommended the clinic and vets to several friends and will continue to do so.

All of the Vets at this clinic are absolutely amazing. Recently I took my lab cross in for what I thought was a seizure and it turned out to be cancer. The staff was very sympathetic and the vet even discounted took off much of the costs of the tests and examination as I was financially strapped at the time. The staff even took the time to call us to see how we were doing after having to put him down. I highly recommend this clinic and its vets to everyone I know.
