Called for emergency care they said you are not a client of ours not our problem my dog ended up dying. They charged me $29 for ear cleaner that was $13 everywhere else in town as well as online.

This is a veterinary hospital where the staff go over and above in the care of my beloved furry family members. All the staff are very compassionate and knowledgeable. I was surprised and delighted to get calls from them for updates on my sick cat and they continually work with me over the phone and through email. This is at NO CHARGE. It is evident that these caring people do a job they love. Thank you to all the staff at Springer Animal Hospital. I highly recommend their services.

Took feral cat to clinic - gave me pills when I told them I could hardly catch him - would not take pills - had to take back to clinic and they said they would give me my money back for the pills - RIGHT - they charged me a $20.00 dispensing fee so I got back $9.00 and they had to give him a shot of antibiotics that will last 4 weeks. Charged me again - 2nd trip into town when I told them in the first place I did not think I could catch this cat to give him the pills. Why did they not give him the injection in the first place. Save trips into town and the stupid dispensing fee. Also, you never get the same vet twice. They always have a new vet there. They are VERY expensive and do not care about animals only the money they can get.

Truly compassionate and professional. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. They did their best to acommodate us new clients when we had an emergency. We have since had them out to the farm for our farm animals as well. They explain everything very well and are realistic in what we can afford to do with our pets.

This clinic is absolutely great! The vets are so knowledgeable; explanations and options are always discussed while allowing me the final decision without pressure. The compassion towards their patients and sensitivity to owners is impressive.

We have been dealing with this clinic since we moved here 6yrs. ago. The front desk staff are great and can answer any questions we have. The vets that we have dealt with except for one have been wonderful as we have a very anxious dog. The best so far has been Dr. Ninness. She has a special effect on and can calm our dog when she sees him. She is also very good to call and get an update on our dog. They have helped us apply for the Farley fund as we are on a disability pension. I can't say enough good things about this clinic. Great work staff and thank you so much for caring for our pet.

Drive into north bay you will save money and pain and suffering for your animals. The vets who work here are incompetent and the only place they could find work is in Sturgeon Falls and are biter about it. They do not care about your animals only making money and quitting time.

Nice clinic, glad to have them in our town insteqd of having to drive somewhere else. Always there when we've needed them for our labs. They have always accomodated us when we run into trouble.

I had a emergency one Sunday & had trouble getting the on-call vet in. When I arrived the vet was cold & nasty. We looked at a cat in the back crying & he was up for adoption or euthanasia,the cat had no good or water in his cage. I gave my named to adopt the cat. The next day they had thrown my information out. I needed to find with difficulties the owner of this cat to save him,I did & have him with me. When I filed a complaint I was banned from the hospital & bad mouthed by owner Dr. Samson & staff. I now go to north bay for my pet care along with many from my municipality.

We have a farm and house pets, too. Dealing with many of the different vets at Springer Animal Hospital, I have confidence that they are all wonderful, practical veterinarians. I can tell they are no just in it for the money.... I am happy that they will come out to our farm for the cows, day or night... and they do a great job in the clinic, too. They treat our pets like they are their own. Jackie and Katie are awesome when we call to ask questions or book appointments. thanks for all your help, everyone. We couldn't run this farm without your help!

These folks are great. We have 4 horses, 2 dogs and 2 cats. they come out to do our horses and are just fantastic with the animals. when we bring our pets into their office we always feel like they really care for them. I would recommend this clinic to anyone. the vets and staff there are great.

I have 2 dogs and three cats and all my animals are very well taken care of. Aswell when we are talking to the Vets they really understand that these animals are like our children. Very caring people. They are expanding so they can keep up with needs of all the animals in their care. Good Job staff. Keep up the great work.

I have had mixed experience with this clinic some of the vets are good but had the misfortune of dealing with Dr. Ninness at my property. She is clueless, I will never let her work on my horses again.
