Dr. Gambella is simply wonderful with the kitties and with their humans. Her office is designed with a glass room (visible from the examining rooms) filled with live birds for the kitties to view, and aquariums filled with fish. There are "townhouses" (large, walk-in closets decorated with perches and bright colors) for cats who are boarded, and each of these is equipped with a "kitty cam", so owners can log in at anytime, day or night, from wherever they are and see their kitty. Beyond the aesthetics, though, Dr. Gambella is a simply wonderful Vet. She's knowledgeable in all feline diseases, and compassionate with both the animals and their humans. Her office staff are friendly and cheerful, and her fees are well within reason. She confers with specialists on the more serious cases, and is quick to offer a referral if one is desired. I commute 90 minutes round trip to take my cats to her, although there are many Vets closer.
