Every visit unfortunately has been a negative one. The woman at the front desk was unbelievably rude when I was paying the bill on our first visit. When my husband was there a few weeks later the woman at the desk was extremely rude to him as well. Shockingly rude. On the 3rd visit we received an actual print out of what the costs would be for treatment and compared to what my husband and I were told during the first visit the cost was more than DOUBLE the verbal quote. Prior to moving to Ontario we had experienced a much higher standard of veterinary services with kind reception staff.

I have used this clinic for 20 years and have only positive experiences to report. Dr. Utting and all vets are very caring. Recently had to euthanize our 18 year old dog. It was an unscheduled emergency. 3 staff stayed overtime and made a very difficult situation more bearable. Can't thank them enough.

I have had only one experience with this vet and it was a waste of my time. I phoned them yesterday in regards to bringing my pet in. I left a message with my name, phone number, and a bit of info about my furry little buddy, it's been 24 hours and still no call back. That, to me, seems uncaring. Needless to say I found another vet that seems to care more than this one, and the vet I had been going to. As I have not actually been to the facility, due to the lack of response on their end, I am simply giving a bad rating across the board.

Love all the staff here...everyone is super helpful and they do everything they possibly can within your budget. I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else. I was quite surprised to see the other people's comments but everyone is entitled to their own opinion!

Agree with others' posts about the desk staff. The 'lady' at the desk couldn't be bothered, and was less than helpful.

I've been with them for years and I love the vets. A problem I've noticed recently is the most recent desk staff. I have multiple ageing pets and you'd think that a vet clinic would welcome my frequent visits and my money, but it's clear that the desk staff find me bothersome. I can't figure out if it's just the desk staff who are working to limit my visits, or if they have directions from the veterinarians themselves to be standoffish with me. It's made even picking up the phone to call the vet a really sour and stressful experience for me, because I know I'm going to encounter very passive resistance when I call. I'm still waiting for the vet to return a call to me from December 19...I sense that she never got the message. It breaks my heart to find myself at a point where I'm considering ending this relationship but I'm fairly certain that another area vet would happily take my money without rolling their eyes every time I walk in the door.

The price is not worth it. I have found a better clinic. They also charge to have your file transfered while most of the other clinics will not charge you for that. In my opinion you can find a better clinic for less money.
