Worse experience - do not take your pet there. Tech with attitude asks me if I am ‘getting it’ when she tells me to remove the bandage from my puppy and leave him without one after the vet said otherwise. When I asked to speak to the vet - the vet tells me I am being difficult (because they want to take my dog to the back and treat him there ) still with no shame charging $400 for treating his cut nail and putting a bandage on it. I guess they forgot that doctors and nurses are supposed to be KIND at the time of need. This is the 2nd issue I had with them - last time I was sent to VEG in Hoboken because they could not do anything. Not going back to this place. Plenty of vets out there - go to a place that treats you right. The tech with the red hair belongs somewhere else not working with people and their pets.

Doctor and the staff appears aloof. The doctor didn't seem to care and his answers did not address any of my concerns. All they wanted was to charge me for their services (or lack of).

This vet is a bit expensive for me. At first I was very impressed with the doctor, but it seems he gets a bit grumpy and impatient at times. I have 2 dogs with various issues, and it seems he's a bit overwhelmed with them and with my questions. I am thinking of finding another vet with more patience and more affordable.

I will definitely go back to Dr.John Kim for my kitty. He explains what he is doing and why. I have never been pushed his ideas. He answers any silly questions gently; he knows well about travelling abroad with pets. The place is very clean and the staff members are all friendly. Highly recommended!

I love this place! Dr. Kim is the best, he's a little pricey but I think he's worth it. I make sure my babies get the best care around and it gives me peace of mind knowing Dr. Kim has after hours service.
