We’ve been using Dr Tuli’s clinic for the past 10 years. Our pets have been here for all their routine stuff as well as a few emergency’s along the way. I’ve been to other clinics and Jag and his staff are the most caring and compassionate. I greatly appreciate everything they have done for us over the years and hope to be able to use their services for many years to come

Past 15 years we have had our 4 dogs cared for well into their 15th year. Emergency treatments were seen immediately, followed up by phone as treatment is progressing and in person. We have always received personalized, professional, compassionate care. All surgeries have been necessary and performed in a timely manner. Dr Tuli is a fine vet and person. We recommend him to our friends and family. B Ritchie BScN

Dr. Tuli and his staff have been excellent and helpful with recommending vaccines, food and services for our pets.

Dr. Tuli and his staff have looked after our cats and dogs for years. He is always approachable and pleasant and our pets look forward to their annual visits - many thanks!

This vet erases all bad reviews they can as I had a bad experience with my cat about 2 years ago and left bad reviews everywhere I could (including this site) only to see that my reviews are now all gone! just more proof that this vet is bad news! do yourself a favor and find a better vet!

I have 1 year old dog named Jenna. One day when I came back from work i saw her not walking normal fell down while walking. I was so worried seeing her as I discovered that she mistakenly consumed something from the garage as i was working on my car the day before changing antifreeze. So I called around and went to Heritage clinic and they take her in as walk in emergency. The team at the clinic acted very efficiently and professionally hospitalized Jenna and gave me estimate for the possible treatment. Jenna was there for 2 days in clinic, I was updated of Jenna's progress twice a day and after two days she was absolutely fine. I am really thankful to Dr Jag Tuli and staff at heritage animal clinic for providing such a good service.

The vet at this clinic (there is only one) is horrendous. He has no professional standards. I brought in my cat and ran a huge bill for tests. He didn't seem to care about her results and was trying to push for more tests...this after I spent hundreds of dollars already. There was such a disconnect with the vet and this is not what I expected from a vet after I spoke to friends who went to other vets. They have such great rapport with their vets who seem to love and care of their pets as much as they do. This vet is nothing like that so I will be tranfering my files to another clinic who sincerly wants to help my cat. DO NOT GO HERE!

I had the worst experience here recently with my cat. They didn't fully explain the procedure, just gave me a overall general idea of what was going to be done. They then sent me home with meds that they didn't fully explain either and later when my cat stopped eating and I had to call about it I asked if his anitbiotics would effect his appetite the girl at the desk said "ya probably" and continued to say that if it didnt' get better "we'd figure something out" what an unprofessional answer!They also charged me 189 for extra blood work to figure out why his liver levels were so high only for them to say "well we don't know why his liver levels are so high" when I went to pick him up, but isn't that why I paid an extra $189 to you guys? I just really feel like this vet doesn't know what he's doing and apparently neither do his staff! WILL NEVER TAKE MY PET BACK HERE EVER AGAIN!!

If I could give this clinic an all around GREAT rating I would. The staff truly care about your pet as much as you do. We first went in when our 17 yr. old senior kitty had a scratch near his eye. The staff took excellent care of him and discovered other health issues that needed attention. Their care has given our boy a great quality of life, and as commented by all who see him, he looks in really good shape for a 7 yr. old, but with such great care, he is in Fantastic shape for a 17 yr. old! We have recommended many owners of pets with tricky issues to this clinic, and they were all very grateful and impressed with the treatment, service and love their pet received. I wouldn't take my pet anywhere else now. A big thank you to the doctors and staff.

Vet called to say come in 30mins early so we rushed over and then we waited to original time of appointment. Then he wanted to sedate dog in order to shave a small piece of skin, he was also trying to deal with 3 animals at the same time .We paid left and went to another vet where we received excellent service

Took my cat in after him having laser eye surgery two times somewhere else ,that did not work. The guy that operated on my cats eye did a good job , my cats eye was good after and no problems since.

We took our dog in, a "vet" came out and continually stabbed him in the leg to get fluid out & couldn't seem to do it properly. I got angry and told him to get someone who could!! Finally an older, more professional doctor came out and did it, meanwhile the poor dog was in so much pain!! They couldn't tell us anything, so we left $200 poorer without any answers & the dog was worse off! NEVER EVER GO HERE!!!!

I am very pleased with this clinic. On Christmas Eve the Doctor and his staff stayed late to stich up a bad cut on Larry's neck. My family and I are very grateful for the exceptional care that Larry received. What really impressed me is the fact that the Doctor called a few days later just to see how Larry was doing. I am thrilled to have found this clinic and would strongly recommend it to anyone.
