Stay away!!!! They are far more concerned with padding the bill than treating your pet. Over 500 dollars and zero answers. Ending up taking my cat 2 days later to be euthanized because no treatment plan was offered at Inwood. Though they did offer a 600 dollar dental and further diagnostics

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH INWOOD ANIMAL CENTER. Here's what they advertise: "Pet emergency? Read no further and call us right away!" This is a MISLEADING LIE. I called them today because I was desperate. The receptionist confirmed that they were open but told me twice that she could only ask the vet if he would see me. Really? You are open and my dog is bleeding profusely - what's the problem? They said "take her to one of the emergency clinics." The emergency clinics are all more than 30 miles from me but they couldn't care less. Inwood Animal Center has a well-deserved reputation for rudeness and refusing to see emergencies but they want to make you think that you can count on them in an emergency. YOU CAN'T COUNT ON THEM. Any vet hospital can provide basic care – the important part is being there to save your pet’s life. Apparently they don’t think this is part of their job – stupid me, I thought it was their job.

Most of the staff here is great. The Dr's are good, but seem to have a lot of turn-over. Prices are excellent & seem to be some of the lowest in the area. Occasionally have had a long wait for an appointment. I don't like that my pet is taken out of the exam room for things to be done. I would prefer that everything be done in the room with me. Some staff members are rude and seem selfish. But, overall a good experience.
