We have taken our puppy to Dr. Rice on a few different occasions and found her to be very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. She always thoroughly explains everything, asks us if we have any questions, and takes the time to answer our questions. You can tell she genuinely cares about the animals and their people. We would never go anywhere else!

What a joke this place is. If you need anything other than basic shots, this is not the place. I took my cat in for basic shots and had to watch a video for information on cat care even though I have had cats and kittens all of my life and run a cat rescue. It seems like they have a video for everything. I was also rudely treated and only told that I must bring my cat back to get if fixed. The Vet didn't even ask if I was going to take it somewhere else, which I did. I tried calling for an appointment to get my dog in because he had a bloody ear. I was told that they couldn't get me in for two whole weeks. Wow, so my dogs ear is bloody and I won't know why for two weeks. I am surprised people still go to this vet. My dog had a yeast infection in his ear, and it would have gotten worse if I would have waited for this vet.

Both Drs Rice-Watkins and Dr. Vadeventer are fabulous! We have always gotten great service, spot-on answers, and the most helpful veterinary advice/attention from this clinic. The staff is top-notch, caring, and very intelligent. We feel fortunate to have found this clinic, which has helped us (nonjudgementally) with our very elderly dog and nearly elderly cat. Great care and a very good value. I must add that we have had MULTIPLE (17, to be exact) veterinary "failures" before we found these most fabulous ladies. Very reasonable for the services that they provide, especially considering the great staff and doctors! We feel very lucky to have found them and you will be, too!
