Very friendly, prompt, great services, the Vets really take extra time with you explaining everything. The front office staff could be a little friendlier. Other then that very happy!

I came to kiln Creek with my rescue dog who I have had for three years. He's had bad teeth since we got him and they only continued to get worse. I've been to Dr. Crist several times and each time she did a thorough review of my pets health and always Gave thoughtful care and good advice on how to best care for my pet, specifically his teeth.
We finally made the decision to go ahead and get the dental work done and both me and my pet are very happy with the results. I have noticed a change in his ability to enjoy his toys play, with his pet friends, and eat his food much more comfortably.
We are grateful for the loving care we received at kiln Creek and will go there whenever we have a need for any of our pets.

This in a clinic where the first priority is always money. We have been going here for almost 3 years. Even after spending almost $1000 to get my dog's teeth cleaned and some extracted, it wasn't enough to afford us some face time with our vet. I wasn't even allowed to hold my crying dog after the appointment until they were sure we had finished paying. The vet actually stepped away when I went to take my dog from her arms. The follow up appointment was with an assistant who was in and out in less than 60 seconds and answered most of my questions standing halfway out of the door on her way out. It's too bad..this facility is beautiful and very convenient to our home. I would rather drive 20 miles to good vet office than to go to Kiln Creek one more time.

If you have an animal in immediate need of surgery, DON"T USE THIS FACILITY. A 4 vet practice they will schedule surgery and then tell you the morning of the surgery they doing something else. In other words to hell with your pet, suck it up. They are totally incapable of keeping appointments and will postpone surgery for days without telling you - you risk your dog's health sheduling surgery here.
